Terms / Conditions

Clip n’hang is a trading name of John Harris Products.

Internet payments are conducted through Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) – a secure site. On completing a card transaction, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation of the order from our site and also from Worldpay.

We accept Credit/Debit cards issued by VISA - MASTERCARD - DELTA - SWITCH

We only accept orders to be delivered within mainland UK – all payments in Sterling only.

We aim to despatch goods within 7 days.

RETURNS POLICY
Damaged / faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt in order for them to be replaced at our cost. Please call us by telephone: 01268 544003 or send an

If the purchaser has ordered an item in error and wishes to exchange for another product, the purchaser may return the item at own cost and enclose payment for any difference in cost plus postage cost to John Harris Products.

If the purchaser wishes to cancel their order, the purchaser should contact us as soon as possible, but within 7 days of order (or 7 days of receipt), by telephone: 01268 544003 or by sending an Email to: info@johnharrisproducts.co.uk You will need to provide a reason for cancelling the order.

If no goods have been sent, the order will be cancelled and the purchaser’s payment will be returned in full.
If the goods have been sent to the purchaser. The purchaser at their own cost must return the unused goods (and in a condition that they can be sold again). The purchaser will be entitled to have their payment refunded once the goods have been received by John Harris Products and have been checked to be in saleable condition.

PRIVACY POLICY
John Harris Products respects each and every one of our customers right to Privacy. At no time will any personal or financial information provided on line to John Harris Products i.e. (name, address, purchase history, etc ) be sold or passed on to a third party.

We have a reputation for providing excellent service and customer care and are committed to maintaining the highest level of service at all times.

When placing an on line order with John Harris Products, we collect no credit / debit card details as these are processed exclusively on our behalf by Worldpay (Royal Bank of Scotland).

Contact information from the order form is used only to provide us with the mailing address for despatching goods
